After reading Flash Boys: A Wall Street Revolt by Michael Lewis, I created this graphic illustrating the process of high frequency trading described in the book. I tested my design on various people to see if they found it clear and easy to understand and made adjustments based on their feedback. I found it necessary to define the terminology and give a written explanation for each stage of the process. I envisioned this design as a magazine fold-out.
